Amisha Patel was born on 1976, November 16, horoscope Scorpio, she contributed in several films but these films were not highly successful commercially.

Her childhood
Amisha Patel was the grand daughter of the famous politician Barrister Rajni Patel who was the Congress Pradesh Committee President of Mumbai.

Her name is a mixture of the first three letters of her father’s name (Amit) and the last three letters of her mother’s name (Asha). After studying her school in Mumbai, she went to the United States to complete her studies in Medford MA.

After returning back to India she took permission from her family to act in some plays and after that she started her career life as Bollywood actress.

Her career
Starting from the year 2000 and Bollywood celebrity Amisha Patel had acted in several major success films. Her father’s friend offered her a role in (Kaho Nah Pyaar hai) film; this was her major success in cinema. She was nominated Best Debut from several competitions.

After that she continued working in successful films. On 2002 she acted in the film Gadar and won the special performance award of the film fare because of her extra ordinary performance of that film that yielded more than 945 Rs at that time.

From the year 2002 and till 2006, the hot celebrity India Amisha Patel contributed in several unsuccessful films that did not gross much in the box office.

She regained success on 2007 with the Bhool Bhoulayah film and received the critics’ claim for her performance in that film

On 1999, bollywood celebrity started dating with director Vikram Bahtt, after five years of strong relationship they broke up and after that Amisha Patel was seen with a London based business man called Kanav Puri
