Her family
The bollywood actress Antra Mali comes from a small family. Her father was a photographer, her mother was working as a theater actress. Even her grand father was not away from the art & culture field, he used to work as a painter.
Her career life
The bollywood celebrity first film was Dhoondte, this was a total failure and did not yield any kind of success. The next film also was not completed, its name was Dum Dum Diga Diga. After that she went into mild success with couple of films, the Mast opposite to Aftab Shivadasani (1999) and Prem Katha opposite to Ram Gopal Varma.

Her film “the company” was considered her first take off as she was praised by the critics for her performance in that film (2002) then she played a master role in the film (the road) on the same year.

Her movies after that went back into the average films with nothing noticeable about it, after several films that were rated as moderate; she decided to start her directorial career.  

On 2005 was her first trials as a director and she also acted in that film, it was called (Mr Ya Miss) this was bollywood actress Antara Mali’s trial as a director and it was a total failure.
