Prada Jaya a famous bollywood actress and now known politician some interest she decided to venture into apart from being an actress started her acting career at a teenage age of 14.

CHILDHODD LIFE
She was born known as Lalit Rani in the year 1962 on the month of April in Shri Krishna and shrimati Neelavani and attended school in Rajalakshmi Women’s College.

During one of her performance in school one of the movies director offered her a role in the “Bhoom Kosam” film which marked as the beginning of her career in Tollywood.

BEGAN HER CAREER
The first biggest hit Prada Jaya had was the film “Anthuleni Khatha” which was released in the year 1976 this was the followed by another movie “Siri Siri Muyya” which became among the blockbuster hits. Prada Jaya started became a hit in bollywood India

ACTING CAREER
In the year 1979 The Indian version of the movie “Sargam” emerged the best, in which she won herself an award as the best actress. Jaya Prada never stopped but continued to star in more films cast in different languages such as the common ones Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and Marathi and through all this she got different nominations for the several awards.

In the Bollywood cycle Jaya Prada successfully acted with many of the famous Bollywood stars of the time and even worked with her immediate rival in acting Sridevi. In her 30 years period in her career Jaya Prada managed to act in 300 films making her hot celebrity India.

POLITICAL INTEREST
In the year 1994 Jaya Prada joined politics whereby she was nominated as an MP of Rajyasabha by TDP party. Then later she switched to Samajwadi Party and contested for a parliamentary seat in Rampur constituency in UP during the 2004 general elections and she got elected.

In the year 1986 Jaya Prada found herself in a mess when she married Srikanth Nahata who had already married another woman in a town called Chandra in India with whom they had 3 children but Her husband did not divorce his first wife instead she accepted to be the second wife and continue living with the husband .
