Shatrughan Sinha, do you think he need any introduction? No, he is a very famous film star who was born and bought up in Bihar. He is also very famous as Shotgun Sinha.

He was born on December 9th, 1945 in Bihar in kayastha family. He is very well known film actor with many hits in his kitty. He moved to Mumbai to fulfill his dream of becoming very famous actor, and fortunately he became that. He gave competition to many already stars of his time.

He is also an alumnus of the film and television institute of India in Pune. Not only film industry but he also brightened Indian politics with his hard work and dedication to serve common man. He entered politics by getting inspired by his role model in politics Mr Jai Prakash Narayan.

He completed his graduation from Patna Science college. He is not only member of Rajya sabha but also he was made union cabinet minister of health and family welfare twice. In 2009 he was also elected to 15th Lok sabha. But his road to fame and success cross towards his acting career, his first acting opportunity was a Pakistani military officer in Dev Anand's Prem Pujari and after that by doing some small roles he became famous and started doing main lead roles, no looking back after that.

He has bagged many awards for his excellent performance in many movies. He was also selected by Rediff as one of the most unconventional actors in Indian film industry. 'Kalicharan' being his film in which his talent was appreciated by all. Currently he is doing shows on television like he is judging a show named “The Great Indian laughter challenge”.

He is also hosting a Bhojpuri version of very popular game show “Kaun Banega Crorepati”. He was also loved by the audiences for his role as Chief Minister N.T Rama Rao in Rakta Charitra by Ram Gopal Varma.

His personal life is also very healthy, married to Poonam Sinha and has two sons and one daughter who has already entered in film industry. Write now he is member of Bhartiya Janata Party and appointed as the head of BJP culture and arts department.

His fans are totally crazy for him and his unusual and his own speaking style is very much loved by everyone. He has made many people 'Khamosh' (silent)by his strong performances.
