Tusshar Kapoor is the most popular Indian actor, who made his debut in Bollywood with film Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai alongside Kareena Kapoor and got much appreciation for his intelligent performance.
He also received Filmfare Best Male Debut Award for this film and became popular overnight. After that he appeared in many films that include Jeena Sirf Merre Liye, Ye Dil, Khakee, Shart: The Challenge, Kya Kool Hai Hum, Golmaal, Shootout at Lokhandwala and more. He received a Star Screen Award for Best Comedian for his performance in Golmaal Returns.
Early Life
Tusshar Kapoor was born on November 20, 1971 in Mumbai Maharashtra in the filmy background family. He is the son of popular Indian actor Jeetendra who acted in many super hit films and Shobha Kapoor. He is a brother of Ekta Kapoor, who runs a production house and produced many soap-operas and films.
Tusshar completed his BBA degree from Stephen M. Ross School of Business and went to University of Michigan for higher eduction.
Career
Tusshar Kapoor made his debut in Bollywood with Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai alongwith Kareena Kapoor in 2001. The film became superhit at the box office and explored huge acclamation by audience.
He performed well in the film that was recognized by audience at a large extent and received Filmfare Best Male Debut Award. He then appeared in many other films Kya Dil Ne Kahaa, Jeena Sirf Mere Liye, Ye Dil.
He again showed his best talent as a Sub Inspector Ashwin Gupte in Khakee in 2003 and got major appreciation by audience. He then showed his best comic talent in Kyaa Kool Hai Hum as Rahul in 2005. The film became huge hit and his comic talent was best reconsigned by people.
After that he played comic role in many movies like Good Boy, Bad Boy, Golmaal, Golmaal Returns and Golmaal 3. Tusshar recently appeared in Hum Tum Shabana and The Dirty Picture.
His upcoming projects are Kyaa Super Kool Hai Hum and Shootout at Wadala.
