BNP Paribas Bank is one of the oldest banking and financial institutions in Europe and largest in Eurozone.

BNP Paribas Bank operates more than 87 countries and has the largest international banking networks with total employ strength of 173,000.

The present BNP Paribas Bank was formed in May 2000 when two financial giants namely Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP) and Paribas merged together.

BNP Paribas Bank is one of the earliest foreign banks in India. It opened its office at Calcutta (Kolkotta) as early as 1860, and the bank operated in the name of Comptoir National d’Escompte de Paris (CNEP). At present BNP Paribas Bank have its offices in all major cities such as New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune and Hyderabad.
