This tour will take you to all the must-see places all over this region. This 11-day tour package includes stopovers in places such as Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Gwalior, Orchha, Khajuraho and Varanasi. All of these places would let you experience the amazing sights and sounds of magnificent India.

The tour of North India will begin in Delhi, where you would get your first taste of the well-known Indian hospitality. You would be given a full day to go sightseeing to the many historical monuments in this area, as well as some of its architectural grandeur, like the Lotus Temple.

The next stop is Jaipur, where you could get your first try of Maharaja through an elephant ride in the Amber Fort. You would also be given a chance to visit the City Palace.

After that, you would head on to Agra, where the famous Taj Mahal is located. This is considered a World Heritage Site and seeing it up close would most likely be the highlight of your trip. The next couple of stops on this India tour are the towns of Gwalior and Orchha, where you would be able to explore more fascinating palaces and temples. Then you would set off to the town of Khajuraho, and have a half-day tour of the local temples there. If you get tired of just looking at temples and palaces, you could schedule optional activities, such as the Light and Sound Show there.

Then you would be flying off to the town of Varanasi, where you would take a boat trip in the Ganges River and be able to see a variety of Ghats with locals cleansing their sins ritually. There would also be a scheduled excursion to the land of Saranath, the place where Buddha's first sermon was preached.
