Information on culture
India and the Netherlands have signed a Cultural Exchange Programme (CEP), which provides for cooperation and exchanges in education, science, art and culture, literature, mass media and archives.
The Netherlands government, through its embassy in New Delhi, have instituted a new scholarship programme “Huygens Scholarship Programme”. This is applicable for undergraduate and postgraduate courses only. Detailed information may be obtained from:

The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) offers three scholarships under the CEP to Duth students every year for undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD and post-doctorate courses.
