VISA REQUIREMENTS

TOURIST VISA:-

1. Visa Application Form (filled by the applicant)
2. Two passport Size Color Photos
3. Air Ticket Copy (photocopy)
4. South African Passport (original) or any other country Passport
5. Photo Copy of the Birth Certificate/South African ID


BUSINESS VISA:-

1. Visa Application Form (filled by the applicant) - Two Copies
2. Two passport Size Color Photos
3. Air Ticket Copies (photocopy)- Two Copies
4. South African Passport (original) or any other country Passport
5. Invitation Letter from India - Two Copies
6. Letter from South African Company - Two Copies
7. Photo Copy of the Birth Certificate/South African ID

STUDY VISA:-

1. Visa Application Form (filled by the applicant)
2. Two passport Size Color Photos
3. Air Ticket Copies (photocopy)
4. South African Passport (original) or any other country Passport
5. Letter from the School, Institution or College (Duration of study must be mentioned in the letter.)
6. Photo Copy of the Birth Certificate/South African ID

EMPLOYMENT VISA:-

1. Visa Application Form (filled by the applicant)
2. Two passport Size Color Photos
3. Air Ticket Copies (photocopy)
4. South African Passport (original) or any other country Passport
5. Employment Letter from the company (Duration of employment, Salary and occupation must be mentioned in the letter.)
6. Letter of NOC (no objection certificate) from the ministry of labor from India – The Company in India must organize this letter.
7. Photo Copy of the Birth Certificate /South African ID

SPORTS VISA:-

1. Visa Application Form (filled by the applicant)
2. Two passport Size Color Photos
3. Air Ticket Copies (photocopy)
4. South African Passport (original) or any other country Passport
5. Invitation Letter from India.
6. Photo Copy of the Birth Certificate / South African ID

FOREIGN PASSPORT HOLDERS PAY VISA FEE:

Permanent residents – R480.00 (PERMANENT RESIDENCE STAMP SHOULD BE ON THE PPT. / COPY OF ID. )

Non-residents – R120.00 REFERENCE FEE, on the day of application & R480.00 after receiving CLEARANCE

USA PPT. HOLDERS PAY R720.00 VISA FEE + R120.00 REF. FEE IF NOT PERMANENT RESIDENTS.

NEW PASSPORT :-

1. Application Form for the New Passport – filled & signed by the applicant
2. Four passport Size Color Photos
3. Original Passport & Photo copies of passport
4. 60 Pages – R 600.00, 36 Pages – R 480.00
5. Marriage Certificate – original & Photo Copy

ADDITIONAL BOOKLET:-

1. Application Form for the Additional Passport – filled & signed by the applicant
2. Four Color Photos
3. Original passport & photo copies of passport
4. 60 pages – R 300.00, 36 Pages – R 240.00
5. Marriage Certificate – original & Photo Copy

DUPLICATE , LOST, DAMAGED PASSPORT :-

1. Application Form for the Duplicate Passport – filled & signed by the applicant
2. Six passport Size Color Photos
3. Photocopy of Indian passport or any documents from India.
4. 60 pages – R 1680.00, 36 Pages – R 1500.00
5. Police Report

POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE:-

1. Misc. Services application form for the P.C.C – filled & signed by the applicant
2. One passport size Color Photos
3. Original passport & photo copies of passport
4. Fees R 240.00

BIRTH CERTIFICATE :-

1. Misc. Services Application Form – filled & signed by the applicant
2. Original passport & photo copies of passport
